I’m Jackie, planner, coordinator and former bride who knows exactly how quickly a beautiful day can become a logistical circus!

My experience with events began more than 16 years ago, working behind the scenes as a caterer, server, and bartender. Over the years, I’ve worked across restaurants, golf courses, resorts, and hotels, gaining an understanding of events from the perspective of the teams responsible for bringing them to life.

Since then, I’ve planned and coordinated celebrations ranging from intimate bridal and baby showers to weddings and large-scale galas with more than 600 guests.

While event planning hasn’t always been my full-time profession, events have been a consistent part of my life for nearly two decades. That experience has taught me that a beautiful event is only part of the equation. What happens behind the scenes matters just as much.

I love the details—the timeline, the logistics, the vendor coordination, and the dozens of moving pieces that need to come together at exactly the right time. I’m comfortable working under pressure, quick to address problems, and deeply committed to making sure those problems never become yours to manage.

Because when your wedding or event finally arrives, you shouldn’t know that the caterer had a question, the timeline shifted by ten minutes, or something needed to be moved at the last minute.
